Complete Professional Exterior Waterproofing
A building’s exterior must do more than look attractive — it must act as a strong barrier against water intrusion. Regular paint cannot prevent seepage, cracks, or long-term structural damage. Our advanced elastomeric waterproofing systems are 2–3 times thicker than normal paints, capable of bridging cracks up to 2 mm and reducing water penetration by up to 90%, with protection that can last up to 15 years.
We begin every project with a detailed inspection and diagnostic assessment to identify weak points such as wall cracks, sunshades, window joints, AC pipe openings, masonry joints, and exposed electrical points. Using customized crack treatments, PU sealants, polymer mortars, joint tapes, and reinforced waterproof coatings, we seal every vulnerable area effectively.
Our systematic and research-based approach ensures long-lasting protection, preventing corrosion, dampness, and structural deterioration. The result is a durable, weather-resistant exterior that safeguards your property for years to come.
Cracks On The Wall
Cracks form due to poor construction practices, thermal movements and due to settlement in the initial years of the building. These cracks provide ample pathways for water to seep into the walls. Over time the water passes through the cracks and corrodes the reinforcements thereby breaching the integrity of the structure. These cracks can be static and dynamic cracks. We use customised methods of filling the cracks depending on their size and nature.
Sunshades
Sunshades are provided to prevent sunlight and rainwater from entering your home through the windows. But these same structures can become the reason for water leakage if proper angle fillets are not provided. Every sharp corner in a building is an invitation for water to leak through. Creation of angle fillets, use of joint tapes or providing reinforcement using glass fibre mesh are among the various methods used to stop the water leakage through sunshades.
Window Joints
The usage of incompatible sealants and the poor bonding between the window frames and the wall are the major reasons for gaps to form between the window frame and the wall. These openings allow free entry of water into your homes. This can damage your inner walls and sometimes even the fixtures on your walls. The correct use of PU sealants to fill the gaps denies entry to water preventing further leakage and protecting your property.
AC Pipe Holes
Window ACs are giving way to the modern split models. But this is also creating an additional problem for homeowners. The holes made for passing the refrigerant piping are often not packed properly leaving enough space for water to leak through. A single good rain is enough to see water flowing through these gaps. We make sure that the holes are completely sealed using PU foams.
Masonry Joint Cracks
These cracks occur where block work meets concrete structures like columns and beams. It is a very common occurrence and leakage through these cracks are found in most constructions. Most contractors do an easy job of filling these cracks with crack fillers. But these don’t give a complete solution. We view these cracks as serious problems and close them properly using a combination of bond coats, polymer mortar and joint tapes. This provides a long-lasting solution for your water leakage problem.
Open Electrical Points
Open electrical conduits jutting out from the wall are a common sight in many buildings. These are left for future electrical installations. In some places there are junction boxes that are open with conduits leading from them into the building. Both these give open invitations for rainwater to enter them. This water can travel long distances into the building causing damage to the structure and danger to people.
Core Services
Our core waterproofing services are designed to provide complete exterior protection by addressing every possible leakage point in your building. We apply advanced elastomeric waterproof coatings that bridge cracks and prevent water penetration, ensuring long-lasting durability. Our specialized crack repair and structural joint treatments strengthen weak areas using polymer mortars, bond coats, and reinforcement systems. We also seal vulnerable spots such as sunshades, window joints, AC pipe openings, masonry joints, and exposed electrical points using high-performance PU sealants and waterproof compounds. Through detailed inspection and systematic execution, we deliver reliable, long-term protection that safeguards your building from moisture damage and structural deterioration.
